Hi, would you be able to describe at all how you achieved this effect for the background image? Making it sort of painterly with a boil effect?

It's simple, I put a cartoon effect on the picture and a layer of broken film effect below, I also add camera shake and flicker, if anything I edit in Davinci Resolve.
