French Vanilla not everyone has a father, or mother, or family. It’s hard to be your own protection, it’s hard to have no where to go home to, it’s hard to know you can’t leave, because your kinda stuck...it’s sucks to know you let your guard down and now you have no control of anything. You look back and can’t seem to understand why you let that happen, but it did. People say you can run to a shelter, but that’s hard when you have kids that don’t want to leave their friends and whole lives behind, so you stay, and just deal with it, you try to just ignore the bad stuff, and since you have no family left his family has become yours-but who are they going to back up, their blood or the one that’s not blood? For those who don't like the defense attorney, Ms. Hastings, because of the position that she is taking in this story, I will gladly defend her. Imagine that the police are investigating a crime and they have run out of leads, so they open up a tipline, asking members of the public to call anonymously and give them "information" -- i.e. to "name names" of new people whom the Police should "look into*. And let's say that, for whatever reason, someone were to call in and point the finger at *you* (or at your son/daughter, mother/father, girlfriend/boyfriend, etc.). That's not good ... not for *you* ... Now, imagine that the Police follow this anonymous tip and they eventually come to believe that they "have something" on *you* ... Suddenly, things get much worse ... They release *your* name to the Press, at which point reporters start camping out, outside your home. Suddenly, you have found yourself in a nightmare. What could be worse? ... Well, one day, the Police knock on, or bang on, or knock down the door to your home, put the cuffs on you, and you suddenly find yourself performing the obligatory *TV News Perp Walk* ... And yet, all along, you are 100% *sure* that you did nothing wrong, and all you can think of is that something must have gone very wrong to have put *you* in the starring role in this horror story. Question: Wouldn't you want "the best *ally* in the world" to come to your "defense"? Wouldn't you want a defense Attorney like Ms. Hastings to be in your corner? Wouldn't you want someone acting 100% in *your* interests -- and in your interests *alone* -- someone who will do everything in their power to at least *try* to clear your name A.S.A.P.? Note: I am *not* saying that this defendant is Innocent. I'm saying that if *anybody* needs a fearless lawyer who says that she believes in this guy's innocence, *he* does! Each and every one of us supposedly has a right to have just such an ally, just such a defender in our corner ... a Defense Attorney who will believe in us and defend our point of view, our claims of innocence, regardless of what (apparently) everybody in the world is now saying or thinking about us. For those who have written (or are thinking), "How can this attorney even sleep at night?", all I can say is that I have nothing but the highest admiration for Ms. Hastings.

Usually the closure they seek is when the reasoning behind the deaths of there loved ones is revealed by the killer. Most killers don't reveal there reasons behind the killings of there victims. It's the killers last bit of control and they hold there secrets close to further punish the families of there alleged victims.
