Government has failed to improve law and order situation in the state. I do remember there was a DCP in BBSR called Himanshu Lal.. He was a good cop during his time there was So many encounters happened. Truck owners were not feeling safe due to highway robberies under his supervision police shot Jubir khan a highway robber. We need strong and bold officers like him to control these criminals.
