But interest in this sound went back to the '80s. Setzer's bigger success was with the '80s band Stray Cats, and while described as rockabilly, the band's rhythms and mood were near identical to what the Brian Setzer Orchestra produced. Just different instrumentation.

No need to revive something that didn't go away. The pandemic has made things difficult, but swing dance communities are still a thing. You can probably find one in your local area.
