I like charcoal for the taste and smell of the meat although I like gas for short time it takes to cook meat especially when cooking elefane meat 🤣🤣🤣 ka'ua e si toeaina lol. OMG that potatoe salad though...yummy Def going to try out your marinade at next bbq sis thanks for sharing famz GBless

Saturday today and me and partner just prepare a feast of bbq... Love making salads (potatoes salad, coleslaw, egg salad) the meat we are having is pork ribs, steaks, sausages, chicken/nibbles and homemade patties... Bbq mussels made a rawfish as well so that's our dinner to feed the family
