My son doesn't want to wear Paw Patrol clothes to school anymore because some classmates told him that's for little kids and he's in first grade. That bummed me out! If he wants to wear whatever, he should do what makes him happy! So we have a chat about that! I also give the kids some exciting news! AND the whole family goes to see Disney Junior Holiday Party on tour! Grandma included! Mayte was every possible emotion! Fright at meeting Santa again! So awesome that Mia will be able to practice singing! I think Mario would love a drawing class. That would be awesome. Such a great lesson for Mario in regards to peer pressure because it happens so often with kids. Awwww Mayte saying "I Love You", so precious and adorable! Awww the family matching outfits were so freaking cute! The kids were so happy seeing Mickey & Minnie. Hahaha Mayte was not feeling Santa Claus at all! Go Mia with the dancing! Love this! My daughter (now 17) started dance when she was 2. I always promised as long as she wants to she WILL! I can’t imagine it any other way. Now that she is older I’ve watched her learn drums and piano with zero lessons, she has the gift & keep reminding her: Not all kids are able to do that. Now to figure out how to get her a drum kit for Christmas 🥰 And I LOVE Peppermint Bark as well 😋

Disney always has some good shows. I like catching some of their tours whenever they come to a city near me. I just came back from a trip to California and they had the Disney Junior Holiday party at Disney's California Adventure. The lines were long for that show so it seems to be a very popular one for little kids. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I love their little outfits. I love Peppermint ice cream. The bright pink kind with candy cane pieces in it. It seems like it's always softer than regular ice cream. It always scoops easy right out of the freezer.

All these stages of growing up is exciting but also so hard when they don’t need us, as much. Somewhere cold, so cute. Yes. After that whole Slenderman incident, it is clear that he is paying attention to what his friends do, say etc., and I think it would be wise to have a conversation with him about peer pressure and individuality and how peer pressure can be a negative thing and a positive... Had we all had a conversation like that with our parents at that age, I'm sure we'd be better off.

My son played with his wrestling figures, til he was in 7th grade, then his younger brother said it was weird....my poor baby...he froze the men in a Ziploc bag, and dropped them from a 3 story building and they shattered....peer pressure does indeed suck..

Geeze ! Mia is 4 and you can’t just let her enjoy singing ? Her little voice is not developed enough and you can do vocal damage with singing lessons . You put a lot of pressure on your kids with lessons and putting their emotions and quizzing them online like they are In a reality show .
