Hey Rob, been watching your videos for almost 5 years now, I watch with my little boy, he's gonna be 5 this year. It's been our tradition since he was a tiny newborn. He loves the underwater footage the most because he is obsessed with fish and sharks. Sadly, we live in Northern Ohio, and Lake Erie is very murky obviously, so your videos are the closest he gets to being underwater and able to see all the ocean life. Your positive attitude and work ethic are an inspiration to me personally, as a disabled single father, no matter how bad I might be feeling about things, I can always count on your content to bring a smile to our faces. I remember the macadamia crusted snook video, I think there was also dried mangos crushed up inn it. It was at the condo, Robs dad was sitting across the kitchen island and was snacking on the nuts while Rob made dinner. That must be about 10 years ago. A lot has changed since then.

Spearfishing videos are my favorite and when Aubrey comes along you know you are going to get some slo motion comedy gold. "WAAAPOWW!!" Not gonna lie though that Hammerhead was making me nervous. Nurse sharks im ok with but hammerheads are usually derpy and aggressive.

@@FishRulesApp I just want to say that I love your app. I use it when I travel and am near the water. I have a rare onion allergy and most prepared meat uses some kind of onion powder seasoning. So I like to try and catch whatever is nearby so I can actually eat as fish from the grocery store is usually not very good in my opinion. I like that it shows what is there and what you can use to catch it so im not wasting time just from looking at the app map. I also like that it tells you what is the limit and the season. I just want food so I dont go after the prize fish. Ill eat a ladyfish if I have to even though they are not fun to clean.

Rob the food you cook.. Always looks so good.. And there's so many fish I've never been able to try and want to try, but not just the fish.. I've never ate shark, or gater .. but I've never been to Florida either and want so bad to get to go there. My Husband lived there and he's originally from Cullman Alabama. That where we met but I'm originally from here in Kentucky.. but anyway maybe one day I'll be able to make it to Florida.. it's just been rough and not been able to afford to. Now, when those hammers get to about twelve feet and are chasing down 6' blacktips and eating them ( which i have seen several times) iam not as keen on beeing in the water with them. I don’t know if you know this or not, but the cooked corn covered with mayonnaise is a Mexican recipe called “elote”, or Mexican street corn, there’s more to the recipe but the main stuff is grilled corn and mayonnaise

I'm just curious what is the biggest shark you have encountered while diving? Also while spear fishing do you go for the head or just wherever you can hit it? Im just wondering bc if you shoot the body do you have to waste any of the meat?
