Your enemy is your emotion. Adam and Lucifer/Iblis betray God because of their emotion(for love&arrogrant). Dont let emotion whisper your heart to do evil. We will be tested for our emotion stablity

Our emotions tell us our needs and are given to us by God to protect us. It's more toxic thinking and bad communication skills that are the issues. For example anger probably shows someone has disrespected you. You can respond to that by cursing and screaming at them. Or you can respond to them by setting boundaries. The emotion itself isnt the problem it is how they are responded to. Also when we make emotions themselves the problem it will lead to dismissing the experience of others when they try to connect with you and show you how they're feeling.
