Family Diary| We're going to see a house.

Family diary from last Wednesday. Fred had his couperosis treated and I had some pigment spots. We will go again in 4 weeks to treat the last spots. We did this a few years ago and it helps a lot. We also visited a house. We have been actively looking for a piece of land with a house for a few years now. Either it's too expensive, it's already sold, or it's not a good location. We have now found a great piece of land. We hope to know more later this week. It's been my dream since I live on my own ( + 20 years ) so I hope this house will be our new home. xxx Eveline

Aaaw, it's a really great house, but it's not a big house. It didn't matter to us but now that the girls are getting older we need more space. The house is also very old (from 1826, almost 200 years old) and although we have renovated everything, it is a lot of work every year. So funny, many subscribers are from Texas. xx

- Vitamin E oil applied to the face works wonders. Don't over-apply - just enough where the skin begins to turn slightly red after a treatment. Takes some trial and error to figure out how much. But if you do it on a consistent basis (once every few days) your facial skin will be supple and youth-like. Chugging vitamin E supplements is pretty much useless to achieve the same effect and can potentially be quite harmful. But whatever you do, Rule #1 is: Don't overexpose you face (and the rest of your body) to the sun! - Small superficial age spots on the face can be removed permanently with a rough wet washcloth and mild soap (as a lubricant) by abrading the spot until it starts to bleed. It's worked for me several times. Like anything else, you have to develop a feel for just the right amount of rubbing relative to how bad the spot is. But the spot is going to have to bleed (and form a scab) for the procedure to do any permanent good. Don't worry - it's not excessively painful, because the force and amount of rubbing is controllable. And DON'T try this with moles, which could potentially be cancerous, and extend much deeper into the skin. - After a very short amount of time keeping guinea fowl, you'll be ready for the insane asylum. Throw in a few peacocks, and you'll lose your mind even quicker.
