She was insecure about the topic because she felt “oh he’s talking about JUST me” when clearly he said everyone can’t take a joke, which was true for everyone except him. Candace took it to another level because she was insecure about the situation and what was being said because she felt targeted (which wasn’t reality), this is due to her own insecurities and guilt. Insecurity is all about being unsure, uneasy, angry and or anxious about a situation. Case in point Candace’s reaction to what Codi said.
