As far as meals of the week go, this is the best format so far. White plate, easy to see everything. Nicely paced, not too fast. The steam adds a nice touch. Ahhh. Great video in my opinion.

Lovely meals as usual love especially on these cold days, we had snow about a week ago & it's still here due to icy temperatures 😢 -5 I have been cooking good old fashioned meals & really enjoyed them. xx

Lovejy meals as always laurien that pulled beef Mexican bowl looked lovejy so colourful just makes you want to eat it! I've got a beef joint in the freezer so might do this Mexican bowl. Did you slow cook it with Mexican spices or just slow cook it plain then jazz it up after? Got some of your videos to catch up on am a bit behind but intend to catch up with them tomorrow. Love the combination of mash with the coleslaw & gravy

Thank you so much Karen. How are you? Did you have a good Christmas? We slow cooked it with the spices in a Dutch oven for a long while on a low temp. Curtis said it was from a Birria taco beef recipe he found online that he used for the beef. Thank you Karen, have a lovely week ❤️
