It was! You know what they say is true... it's one thing to sit in front of the TV or in an audience and think of the answers... it's completely different to be on the spot, under the lights... but we had a BLAST!

@@thecruiseworld I was surprised sleep got a zero by the way the question was asked? We had the original board game and 2 of the later computer versions. We used to blame the "wrong answers" on the fact that they were opinions of people on the West Coast where the show was filmed. You are on the West Coast so another one of my great theories goes out the window. If you include my "no cruising until the Fall" theory I am having a bad month! 🐸

How does it work on becoming selected on the cruise to participate?

Check the Fun Times and you will see a listing for the Family Feud tryouts. Make sure you have your team there and a plan…. They are going to take your photo and the staff will review all the photos to pick the teams that move on to the next round where the team captain will face off to make the actual show. So, watch the FUN Times in the HUB app for the auditions... it was a 3 step process to get on stage. I believe the initial phase was the 1st or 2nd day though, so keep an eye out & get crazy!

Good question! In the old days, Carnival supplied a DVD when you were on something like this... im glad I asked ahead of time because they don't anymore... I set some cameras up and edited this.

Hey Shirley, on the first night the FUN squad was set up near Grand Central. The first step was taking a photo with your group, the sillier the better.... if you make it past that step they will notify you.
