Oga while mixing the food while cooking use a wooden stick because while mixing with the metal one you're scouring the cooking pot which may lead you to eating metal without notice.

Obinna mixing pasta. You don mix pasta. You put it in the pot with alot of water and leave it cook 10 minutes. No mixing. Haita shikana. Put it immediately in the sos. And enjoy.
