Going by one of the adverts mentioning the forthcoming millennium, I reckon this is from 1999 and not 2000. Sorry to be one of those people Nice to have an original recording of Family Fortunes, rather than a Challenge edit

You can say that again. Apparently, there have been a number of episodes from the 1993-2001 seasons that have been badly edited to skip part of the title sequence and the introductions to the families. Unneccessary edits like these can be a pain in the arse sometimes. Not to mention the editing of closing logos, music and opening idents too.

Yeah, the copyright at the end of the credits also says Carlton Television MCMXCIX which is 1999. It is a shame Chellenge have edited down their FF programmes to fit more adverts in (presumably).
