Happy Birthday to your mom! I subscribed to your channel back in February because I sat next to your mom on a connecting flight from NC to Fla ! We were strangers and then chatted the whole time! It is fun to watch your videos and see her! Family reunions are wonderful, so glad you were able to do that!

I really love your documentary! Since I miss Japan so much it reminds me of the great times I spent there. The comment does not match really to this episode because you are back to the States… but anyway… have a great time in the US and see you back in Japan. Greetings from Southwest Germany

I'm a recent subscriber and I live a couple hours from the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area; I've stayed in (seemingly) very similar smoky mountain cabins in the past for family vacations and it was cool to see you guys go there in this video! Reminds me of very fond memories. Side note: You guys are the embodiment of wholesomeness!

Nowadays, we can talk face-to-face using video phones on the Internet, but that's not enough. I still think it's great that we were able to meet in person at an important event. And the smiles on the children's faces were fantastic!

I think your parents and extended family and friends are all positive influences on you, Ruth and the children. It's humbling to witness; thanks for making me a happy observer. As you may remember, I am a student of the teachings of Buddha. But I do admire your religious philosophy because you don't just embrace its precepts, you live them. You have given me many concepts to learn about. Hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday.
I live in America and you make America seem soooooo fun!

The merry go round there is awesome. My grandparents lived in Raleigh, NC and we used to go to the one in Pullen Park with cows, pigs, etc., so much cooler than just plain old horses.

No way! I’m going to be sharing Gatlinburg with my husband for our 8th anniversary and he is super excited! Thanks for showing us what it’s like. I haven’t been in over a decade. I can’t wait to take my husband to the German restaurant over the cheese shop in the village. They have a great Reuben. Thanks for sharing your family experiences as well as what you do in Japan sharing His Word

The cabin-like houses in the mountains, the view from the drone was really nice. The worms and dirt dessert, I've tried it once about 9 years ago on my 10th birthday but I stopped eating Oreos and other kinds of cookies but I bet it's a fun dessert to make (especially for kids). One thing I think looks similar wherever someone is in the world, is that moment in the morning when the sun rises and in the evening when the sun sets, you get this array of different colors but it doesn't last for long until the sky goes to a different color but when you see the sky at this moment and if you look closely it kind of looks mountains or even the beach in the sky. I'm not sure if everyone has this perspective when they watch the sky.
Hi everyone, that was just amazing i like the Hall of Mirrors the best:} thanks for sharing such a wonderful time. Kind regards from Carl

I occasionally wonder why American people are so incredibly patient, tackling with a jig saw puzzle that has huge number of tiny pieces and consequently too much intricate! How many hours/days did it take to finish it?
@LIJ3 жыл бұрын
It took several people just one day to do it! But I agree with you, I don't have the patience to do a jigsaw puzzle :)
