Family gathering cooking whole legs of lamb with fresh vegetables and grilled chicken

whole leg of lamb ( spicy ) marinade
2 heap tsp garam masala
2 heap tsp zeera powder
juice of one lemon
5 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp light soya sauce
nandos extra hot peri peri marinade 120g
2 naga chillies
salt and pepper to taste
tbsp crushed dry chillies
heap tsp red chilli powder
olive oil
mix all and blitz and marinade the lamb for 24 hours, its very spicy if you want it milder then just cut the chillies.
other legg of lamb is simply
rosemary
tyme
salt and pepper to taste
garam masala
zeera powder
lemon juice
