Юмор юмором, но в соседних городах знают - видишь на машине 74ый регион, старайся держаться подальше. Я как-то за день в ЧЛБ насчитал 14 аварий - в одной участвовал троллейбус, в который с разных углов въехали три машины, во второй седану просто капот оторвало. Один раз прямо на въезде увидел легковушку, которую камазом прижало к стене завода, проехал буквально метров 200 и второй камаз просто начал перестраиваться в меня, повезло, что у меня мотор мощный, выскочил, так бы было две тачки разбитые камазами вдоль одной стены. Пару раз чуть не влетал на трассе - просто вылетают не глядя со второстепенок. И это.... я не шучу, часто езжу в ЧЛБ, все реально мои наблюдения. По всей России был, хуже чем в ЧЛБ больше нигде не ездят.

well, this part is not true. I understand it`s a comedy cartoon, but I live in Russia all of my life (Saint-Petersburg city, to be more correct) and the only thing in that video that really matches with the real landscape here is power plant`s pipes - not nuclear, by the way - although, there is a nuclear plant too, but it was built beyond the city. Endless winter, pale palette, shabby buildings, car wreckage and garbage on the streets, everdrunk people in dirty clothes trying to warm their hands from barrels with burning trash (drink alcoholic beverages outside and even smoke in public places are restricted in Russia, in case you did not know), groups of ''gopniks'' and the statue of Putin - all these things are from some another dimension.

Besides, in those days there was no fashion to wear sport costumes as casual clothes; there also were no broken cars on the streets - at least, because there were not many of them and people kept them working as long as it was possible. Finally, that moment at 0:30 definitely shows us it is modern Russia - in the way the cartoon`s artist imagine it, because there is no official restriction about carrying Ukrainian flags in Russia even now.

Когда у кого-то появляется мысль переехать в США, то он будет думать о крупных городах, потому что, повторюсь, везде есть подобное, просто тут это наполнено стереотипами о гопниках, КГБ, которое до сих пор существует и отсутствием супермаркетов. И это даже касается Прибалтики и пол Европы до Германии, ведь после полной разрухи Второй Мировой и разделения Германии, чтобы дать всему народу и не только немцам дома были пострены те самые панельные дома, ведь собирались они как конструктор и были очень дешёвые.
