The writers really don’t know how domestic abuse works.

There were a few things that I liked about this episode: the ‘Porch of geese’ cutaway, the scene where Brenda sung to Quagmire and Joe said ‘this song was from childhood’ , the Iraq lobster cutaway and Jeff’s the scene where Jeff is killed (even though the message that vigilante justice is the only solution is fucking terrible, it was still satisfying to watch given his behaviour) Other than that it was an insulting portrail of a very serious issue and furthermore the fact that Quagmire implies that it’s her choice to be in the relationship is one of the most disgusting examples of victim blaming I’ve ever seen Also for this exact situation where Jeff is abusing Brenda in full view of everyone: Joe saying that Brenda has to write a complaint is fucking false If a policeman is witnessing domestic violence then they have the right and duty to arrest the perpetrators If it were happening behind closed doors (as the title screams of silence suggests) then he would have a point. Finally, after Jeff is killed: Not only is Brenda insulted by that horrible note but she’s in such a state of psychological damage that she is likely to end up with another Jeff.

Quagmire: We kill the bastard! Joe: Woah Quagmire! You know I can arrest you just for saying that. Me: So you can arrest somebody for suggesting murder, but you can’t arrest an abuser unless the victim files a complaint?

It was most certainly in poor taste to abuse victims. Rather than try to offer any valuable efforts to help get out of the situation it’s like “haha you’re abused and it’s your fault you shit!” Now that I think on it I’m sure any abuse victims watch this and get awful memories from watching this and seeing how helpless Brenda is and how everyone seems to do little to nothing to actually help her.

Ironically Valentino is a better villain than Brenda's ex boyfriend. I don't like how he treats Angel Dust either but he at least has more personality and potential as a Mafia boss villain especially the Vees Valentino is one of my favorite villains outside of his abuse on Angel. Vox is cool too. And Hazbin Hotel Courage the Cowardly Dog MLP and many other shows did this better. Even Adam is better villain than this guy. Adam is the funniest. Some people say he needs to come back but I don't want him to come back too soon as it would spoil the surprise Hazbin Hotel Season 2 has I rather be surprised if he does return but not too soon Adam staying dead for a while has a lot of potential like PTSD and Trauma for Charlie and her friends and girlfriend and father I hope her mom is not going to be a villain because we don't need another Stella or other horrible adult show mom again There's also Baxter too who is a cool character too. Excited for Hazbin Hotel Season 2 as well. And Adam staying dead for a while is really good potential I see him returning similar to Scar Springtrap Ganondorf Freddy Krueger and the other slashers.

What would you consider to be the worst ever episode?

@@s1e5b9 Cause they treat a serious issue so poorly that it feel more like it’s to benefit domestic violence than to help!
