The episode is called "Believe it or Not" Joe's walking on air " season 6 ep.3 Joe receives a leg transplant allowing him to walk. Afterwards Joe starts acting like a douche and leaves Bonnie and drops his friends. Being the good friends that they are Peter, Quagmire and Cleveland decide to do Joe a solid and re-cripple him ( yeah you read that right ) and of course as you saw all three of them failed miserably LOL! except for Bonnie! The other clip with Cyborg/Terminator Joe was called " The Road to the Multi-verse" season 8 ep.1
