@@xjar215x There’s times when Family Guy uses the long musical numbers in their episodes to take up air time. It’s very common in television. The segment is about two men who meet on a few occasions (the last being in Heaven after they're dead) whose interactions are really just empty pleasantries. And although this has been covered in other replies, it's technically "olive oil" and not "au revoir".... although it's meant as a cutesy way of saying "au revoir"

at 53 seconds, Peter "The Original G" Griffin starts to throw away his sledge hammer. We can see that it is roughly 1.5 sledgehammer lengths away from the top of the screen. one frame later (i assume 24fps, so 1/24=0.0417s) only ~half of it is still in picture, so it travelled roughly two sledgehammer lengths during those 0.0417s. The average sledgehammer is around 50cm long, which means the hammer had a velocity of ~23.98m/s or 78.67fps. Given the average weight of 4.5kg, thats a kinetic energy of 1058j. as a comparison, a 9mm bullet has between 359 and 756j. A .50AE like the DEagle uses has 1663-2200j. Peter "The Original G" Griffin yeets a Sledgehammer with the energy of a 9mm round at 10% the speed of sound. for a joke. me personally i wouldnt wanna know how much more he has in himself if he gets serious

The fact that this is an old Gene Kelly/Fred Astaire dance bit makes this even funnier.

I thought the song would be something like " this is what I thought black guys are for black guys are for black guys are for this is what I thought black guys for, Let's get them to do all of our work."

In this episode do they have a prison canteen scene where the mashed potato is extra gloops and make a noise when it hits the plate?

I like both songs. The second one reminds me of old musicals like My Fair Lady.
