I’m alone in quarantine n i love being able to come here to get a good laugh. Mental health is a struggle for me from my time in Afghanistan. Having my 21st birthday there, having motors, IEDs, n constant gun fire isn’t normal for anyone to go thru. I’m saying all this so maybe it can help someone knowing we all have our stories on why we struggle with mental health. But, Neil said it best, “you may have won the battle, but I will win this war”. 🙏 truly it’s more helpful than you know when you share your own struggles.

my life was the war gurl 😜 and all I got was jail sentences in the Workhouse (one of the worst in Murica ...lights on 24/7 ...one toilet for forty guys ....one shower ...a bunk room and the picnic table room with a TV everyone fights over ...no privacy when u gotta use the toilet ....very dirty with deputies who just do a few head counts every 24 or so...it’s violent and loud ...they look for weakness or gullible type guys to mess with or beat up...take their tray...and no windows ..had to edit that and it’s by a water treatment center so it stinks...some guys do a year which is worse then five years in the penitentiary because people say that that been to prison I never did more than ninety days but still really sucks ) and a stupid T shirt 😂. but glad I’m super aggressive and strong 💪

BTone Major As much as they break us down to train us up we become robots. When it’s time to get out, it’s a pat on the ass. I have similar nightmares. I have survivors guilt, so it’s dreams of getting shot n in some dark way u can feel the warmth of the blood. Like I said we all have our stories... sorry u have those nightmares too... I didn’t tell ppl for awhile bc how crazy they sounded. U don’t want to sleep bc u kno ur going to have nightmares. Waking up screaming, and falling asleep right back into the same dream.... dark AF, I’m not glad I’m not the only one with these dreams.

I got friends and a huge crazy Macedonian fam . plus why did our military ban gay guys from serving openly all those years? it’s called fear because some of the fiercest warriors were gay like Alexander The Great ...one of the best generals and baddest men in history. why didn’t the Spartans care about a little guy on guy action? because it’s about who u r instead of what u r . that’s where Murica falls short. I ain’t joining the bandwagon when I already know who I am.

I just want to say that this really put a smile on my face. I'm just as busy with uni as I was before quarantine because everything has just been moved online, but my mom and grandfather have both got corona (they're still doing good, no trouble breathing, and I probably have it too because I'm around them but I have no symptoms), taking care of them and taking time to process this situation has put me behind in my uni work and that gives me so much stress. I really appreciate these videos :))

My daughter, who has Autism, lives with a cute anxiety 24/7 and this situation is having a further detrimental affect as her routine and daily, weekly, monthly and annual anchor events are gone. Nile I completely understand with the whole mental health thing, because I am diagnosed with a learning disability and that is something that I can not change about myself. It is apart of me and it has always been hard for me in school especially right now with the online classes. And yes I am a college student and I have worked extra hard to get to where I am through swimming and academics.
