Omgoodness I just left the Catholic church after 41 yrs, stop celebrating the pagan traditions too and my mother wasn't accepting of it. She doesn't call me, or text, not even to communicate with her grandson. I ended up having Thanksgiving with my elderly parents. I really didn’t want to because every time I’m around them they are nasty and yell at me. The older they get the more mean they become and it is heartbreaking to be around. At one point my mom and I got in an argument and my mom started hitting me out of nowhere. I couldn’t believe what she was doing. I have never laid hands on her and I never would. Mind you she’s 82 years old. I actually left the house for about an hour and came back and they begged me not to leave. They are definitely not my family at least not my real family. Sister i felt the same i had to cry it out and ask the Lord to help me to let go of my family cause i saw they saw me the same and through it all they never respected my boundaries things happened were the Lord showed me i had to move on. As your talking this passage came to mind Matthew 12:46-50: Jesus is teaching in a house when he is told that his mother and brothers are waiting outside to speak with him. Jesus responds by pointing to his disciples and saying, “Here are my mother and my brothers. My true brother and sister and mother are those who do what my Father in heaven wants”. I too stopped celebrating Pagan Holiday during COVID. I feel the Lord is molding us doesn't want us to participate in pagan celebrations we are set apart. Yes the wheat and tears.

I had a dream before I left my family that if I stayed it was going to be war. It was a horrible dream and left when I had the chance. I haven't looked back ever since even though it's been hard, the Lord has put people in my path to uplift and encourage me on my walk/journey. His been so good to me. I felt like Job when I left everything but after I got out of the wilderness season he blessed me so much I couldn't believe it. It was so much to take in. Let him remove the people that need to be removed because he hears what they say about you. When you let go of your family members. He will reveal who they really are once your away from them. It's a process we all need to go through in order to move forward...

Amen. Going through and listening to Holy Spirit as He guides us , through our trails and tribulations us can be a real blessing and challenge both. My sister, you are definitely not alone. Sometimes it even goes in the way of those who claim to be believers as I have found that as tells us even the church goes into apostasy in the end times . I am 64 years old now and this type of behavior has gone into overdrive for me now. My brother and I don’t communicate because he is a Buddhist and believes he is a type of god ( the mantra that god is in every thing, therefore I am ) and that whenever I expressed to him, he is a creation and not the creator he goes off on me. Because I am the physical one I have to leave the situation, and turn the other cheek. I have been pretty much isolated for the last 15 years of my life with one real friend that was a former Martial Arts student of mine. Her husband is from Morocco and was born as a Muslim, but we have come to be so close that I can even have conversations with him that I can’t have with my own family. When in a world that all religions are different ways to the same god until you bring up Jesus /Yeshua that’s how you know you follow the one and only true creator. We are in that end time So stay strong as our redemption does draw near.

People who have not truly accepted Jesus, His way, His truth and His life are going through some spirit shattering things. The Scripture you mentioned does constantly keep me comforted but Proverbs 19:11 gives me strength and also reminds me of Jesus. I know you're praying for them. I have been blessed and love my decision in sticking it out with them. I prayed for the strength to steady my hand so I could honor our Father, and it was given to me in doses. I can understand, my sisters and I aren't communicating, but they didn't give birth to me.

Just remember Jesus wanted us to be peacemakers (Matthew 5:9) and not only peacekeepers. Like you said when they said we don't want to be fake, it seems like logically you began to pull away, keeping the peace, but I'm praying for you that peacemaking starts growing in your heart more and more through God continuing to work in you in Jesus' name. Some amazing things have happened in my life because of Jesus. Anything is possible with God!

Father wants people to know that LOVE is still the message and do not fight evil with evil. You should become like the Father of the prodigal son. He did not chase after the son but waited for the son to see the light. When/if they come back to you then welcome them with open arms. I thank you for this video because of several things. There is a light that shines in a believer and I can see yours. Jesus is Pure beauty and it reflects on people. If you want to waste time trying to prove the bible wrong then go ahead and try to convince family or friends where you grew up that you should have honor.
