Can one be an autonomous being and still live/survive in the family structure? Or is it better to separate and move forward?

It's a good question. I am mostly speaking about how difficult it is to be autonomous with regard parents and the whole family constellation. If you mean by family your spouse and children it's kind of different and more difficult.

“It’s just love”?!? More like “it was all just a lack of love” Our parents, siblings, other extended family members couldn’t give us what they themselves were missing.

@@kaviji thanks for the reply. I’m sensitive to this as I’m just beginning the real work of un-binding from a narcissistic family of origin. It’s tough sledding as they say. And not possible (at least for me) without nurturing the spiritual aspect. Thank you for making your wisdom available. And yes, ultimately it is all about Love ❤️
