You are using word 3:15 gift for kanyadan. I think you should use donate word instead of gift. there is fundamental difference between gift and donation. Gift is given to anyone for own happiness and that person is benefited but in donation, donation is given to anyone to perform social duties. So in donation ,accepter should be competent and liable.

Thanks for the precious information sir.. Sir Agar ladki walo ke ghar ke room mein shaadi hu ho, ladki aur ladke ke parent ki presence mein. Only sindoor aur mangalsutra aur jaimaala ke sath.... but without pandit, without saptpati, without kanya daan ke.. 3 month hi shaadi chali ho. Jis mein ladki pregnant bhi ho gai ho. Toh kya ye shaadi kanoon ki nazar mein valid hogi... kyo ki hindu marriage act section 7 ke 2 point ke hissab se shaadi nahi hui...plz advice 🙏
