Mam i just want to tell you that I watch your every vlogs starting from the days when you used to live in Bangalore with Sangu & Gangu. I really like all your videos & also you and abhineet sir as a person. You two are so realistic & genuine person. Btw I've seen your videos where you use to complain about your back pain, hairfall & most importantly weight loss as I know ki as a cabin crew maintaining the BMI is so important & specially when you're diagnosed with PCOS condition. And as a fellow PCOS girlie I really wanted to suggest you to add "RAGI" in your diet. It's very healthy, high in protein. And its an excellent food for weight loss as it contains high fibre contents & will also keep your hair healthy. You can consume it in the form of Ragi dosa (becuz I know how much you love dosa), Ragi idli, Ragi roti & ragi cheela also. You can search more recipes in the google.
