We make stuffed pepper soup. Large pieces of pepper and onions, hamburger or sausage, beef broth and tomato sauce and rice. Mostly because some of us like the flavor from peppers but not the peppers and they can be picked out easier.

FYI! The Chinese Sausage is on the shelf. It's shelf stable and kind of a dried sausage. I found it at Costco with the Korean and other Asian things. You also have a really big Chinatown there. H-Mart carries that as well.

Trick for keeping strawberries last longer.... Don't wash them, place them in a glass jar in the fridge. They will last soo much longer. Love and blessings ❤️. I use a large pickle jar

I actually soak mine in water and vinegar for 10 minutes. Let air dry on counter. Place in glass jar(container)with moisture wicking towel. My strawberries have lasted up to 2 weeks this way.

For the ramen a great substitution is the Trader Joes pork belly. I use it all the time. Not exactly like Charsu pork, but close enough, and super yummy. 😉

The cheese that Moe picks out at one time was only available in France- La Vache Qui Rit... It's delicious. Nice that Enoch went for the grapefruit juice! It looked so good I want to go out and find some. We would all be good at grocery shopping if we had had parents even remotely like you two. Fortunately, it's not too late to learn just by watching! That was an inspiring grocery haul!

I think u're talking about the red, dried chinese sausage. Those are usually in the dry section as they're dried somewhat like a cold cut, no need to be refrigerated. But i wouldnt suggest serving them with ramen as they are quite sweet and an accquired pallet thing. The chicken sausages you found are actually better in my opinion to serve with ramen

I just watched a Netflix doco called “Poisoned” about food safety in the States, & the risk of e-coli transmission, which is very high. Terrifying stuff, if you watch it, you will never eat again! All the “experts” said the 1 thing they NEVER have is romaine lettuce. I like iceberg lettuce which keeps well & is crunchy. Just saying. Love your videos & thrilled you buy NZ grassfed butter - again, just saying, from NZ.
