I would read the ingredients in those fruit loops! Especially for your children with autism. It has BHT in it which creates behavioral issues aside from other things. Please try to get them to eat healthy cereals with natural ingredients.

Why do you buy pre mashed potatoes and the normal potatoes? Why not mash the potatoes yourself? If you read the food labels on the pre cut or pre made stuff they add so much crap including sugar which is not good for anyone. Its better to buy whole foods

Try teaching your kids to cook with less processed food and make meals from scratch they will need these lessons as they go into adulthood. I understand food issues as I was a foster parent to 7 boys with huge behavior issues and food insecurities but they learned that my home made chicken nuggets taste better than McDonald’s .
