Lol about the olive oil... as a10 year old I discovered that Pam cooking spray would stop the door hinge at the top of the stairs from squeaking---- this was awesome--- we then could open said door and sit on the stairs undetected and listen to mom n dad talk or watch the old movies lol

Slide: I think I counted 110 boys sliding down!! Or maybe it was only 101 - I lost count. And also, the Bass Pro Shop is EXACTLY like the one in Des Moines IA. You guys are great and I am so amazed at the way the boys behave when in the store! Sign of good parenting!

Your children are so well-behaved. Glasses and kids are a big undertaking. My grandson broke a pair at least once a year.

My daughter works in a grocery store and they can’t start to clean till the last person is out the door,So if someone is still shopping/checking out after the closing time it makes them late getting out and if they are scheduled to open the next morning it mean they only get 6 hours off to drive home,eat,sleep and drive back to work.

you may want to check on that if she is a minor -- some places require 8 hours between shifts.... and some places try to get away with 'not knowing ' about that. If she is an adult, it is up to her to look into it herself.

For next time, use something like mineral oil or even Vaseline. Vegetable oils will get tacky over time.
