Kielbasa sausage sheet pan dinners ingredients- half green cabbage, half red cabbage, 1 bell pepper, sweet potatoes and golden potatoes chopped small and red onion. Season with EVOO, salt and pepper.

I forget about doing sheet pan dinners. I really need to experiment more and do some of these. While watching I remembered I have brussel sprouts in the freezer that I had gotten on sale and froze and I also forgot about just making sauerkraut and sausage for supper. My husband and I really like that. You are so good and just putting things together to make a dish! I think you must have been doing this for awhile. lol. I love how you take the lid off and just blow off whatever was on there. That is so me!! Also probably true of many women in the kitchen!

The pears work well with the Brussels sprouts. And balsamic reduction. Maybe pecans too.

I make my own sauerkraut, ferment it in crocks for 6 weeks and the can it up. I like my kraut tangy, hence the 6 weeks.

My last batch of sauerkraut, I added a smidge of shredded carrots & purple cabbage along with my usual onion, garlic & green cabbage. My sauerkraut turned the prettiest pink color & is super delicious!!!❤❤❤

These are a great idea, but I have issues with fat, so I use two pans instead of one this way all the fat from the animal protein doesn’t saturate the sides. I’ll drizzle a little Evoo on my sides this way I can co tell how much.

I have tried these meals on a tray but i find that the veggies dry out, if i put olive oil it ends up bieng two oily 🤔

I think cooking with chicken thighs makes the meal more juicy. Hope this helps.
