About adding a good emotion in the morning: I agree, since emotions drive how the brain perceives information, better to have a good emotion "activated" so it is used as a response instead of other ones. Kindness of course is the best one. Love the videos and the format of how you talk about life then transition into testing good and communicating.

Ahh this was so lovely, my goodness! I'm doing some online food shopping now and got all the ingredients to make the Dosirak, got kimchi and oyster mushrooms and new bottle of toasted sesame oil.. and for the Mediterranean Pasta salad ( luckily I already had pine nuts, yay) thank you so much for the ingredient break down in the description, super helpful!! Also never tried Pimms, very intrigued!!
