Thank you, I loved watching your baby help with a butter knife and you clearly taught her to shred in the opposite direction so she doesn't hurt herself. She loved! helping you. THis video rocked in so many ways and I'll be sure to try your recipe soon, never heard of shredded butternut squash as pasta....soooo much more healthier.

I cook the vegetables after removing ground beef, leaving fat. You did not mention if yellow squash/zucchini was first cooked (looks wet and soft).

Hey there! Yes you can; the yellow zucchini just adds a nice colour to the lasagna, but otherwise tastes the same.
