@@TheMirandalorian as someone who used to live in LA, if you want to get a sense of what it’s like to drive there, jump on the game and literally drive around obeying traffic. Then add 4 times the number of cars. It’s easy to see how this game can be cathartic even without firing a shot. 😄

38:46 yes you could have started the mission as Trevor. However you would have seen it only from Trevor’s point of view. So the scene would have started when Trevor first entered the house and you would have missed the parts with Jimmys weed and Michael and Amanda fighting

It’s amazing the variety of dialogue that occurs; on my play the trip to get Tracy Trevor was raving about kale. Plus Kenny Loggins “Danger Zone “ was blasting, very appropriate.

@@willjosef8087 I think there are two dialogs in that scene. I am not sure if a specific character has to start that mission to trigger it. But, what I am sure of is that if you fail that mission and retry, you will get the alternate dialog. Some scenes do that. I agree, the kale conversation was funnier.

Another example (no spoilers) is that super funny convo with M and T when they went out for a LONG drive (for the people who have played, iykyk). There are two dialogs. Most people will get the funnier one but sometimes other people will get the alternate, not so funny one. And if you fail and retry, it will change the dialog.

Trevor coming to Los Santos, and his walk-in on Michael is iconic. I love that character / personality he shows when protecting Tracey. Like you mentioned, the stark contrast in personalities between the 3 characters is awesome. It's like playing 3 separate games, except it isn't different games and the characters mingle. Pro tip. When it comes to the big scores, mainly heists, it is worthwhile to play around with the stocks. You'll have to look it up to be 100% certain, but from what I remember it involves buying a ton of competing stocks to the company you're about to rob, and then cashing those stocks out once the prices sky rocket. You can get a stupid amount of money doing that.

BTW if you didn't know, you can have each main character hangout with eachother doing activites like drinking, golf or other stuff, same goes for other characters like Michael son or Amanda. It's acutally intresting because the characters will have interesting and sometime lore filled deep conversations. You just need to call one of the main characters playing as the other. I think it's even possible later in the game to have all three hangout together, ones Trevor has meet Franklin atleast.

8 episodes in and you just have to admire Miranda's approach to gun fights: walk around slowly in the middle of the crossfire trying to pick off enemies in the distance whilst completely ignoring the one 3 feet away directly in front of you who is unloading an automatic weapon in your face!! 😂

Trevor seems to be your spirit animal :D And you doing good on the rampage missions because of it. I like how the characters separately seem really simple, but when they get together they compliment each other. For example Trevor gets more wholesome when around Michael, and Michael gets more alive and less bitter about his life when around Trevor. Adding Franklin to the mix will improve the chemistry further. Keep the episodes coming. I had this video on a projector, watching it like a movie, and it was more fun than hollywood productions of the last couple years. Good job!

I'm loving this playthrough so far, but I'd recommend that you start driving more slowly when there's dialogue. There are a few instances where dialogue during car rides will fill you in on important details regarding the characters and their backstories, and you might miss some of those details if you reach your destination too quickly.

This day just got so much better! I love me some more chaos caused by Miranda and Trevor. It's also so great that you ran into Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill, I adore those crazy fruitcakes. I sometimes go "We're not worthy!" in my head at the most random times. Same thing with Michael's "Na-ma-go fuck yourself" and Trevor's "Whatever cranks your tractor, I say" from a previous episode. This game has a lot of brilliant one-liners. I feel like I'm going to be repeating this all the way throughout this playthrough, but I love Trevor. He quite honestly is so much more than just the maniac he comes across at first. There's a pretty decent, actually compassionate human being with some real feelings and issues hidden under the crazy person facade. One of my many little favorite moments is how Tracey runs over to Trevor when she first sees him and they share that quick hug.

Some side missions can only be done by specific characters, you know which one by the colour: Orange is Trevor / Blue is Micheal / Green is Franklin

6:05 When you pick up people using Trevor, by default the game will ask you to take them where they want to go, but if you want, you can take them to the Altruist Cult. To do this, you have to manually set the GPS marker on the cult's icon on the map to take them there. After taking a few, something very funny will happen hahaha. In other words, when you use Michael or Franklin, there is no option, but with Trevor, I would take advantage of this.

Just because it has an M, doesn’t mean you have to be Michael. The characters colour shows you who can do the mission. So orange missions can be done by Trevor. Blue by Mike. Green by Franklin. Some multiple of them can do. You don’t have to switch to Michael to start an orange M mission.

Just kinda typing out my thoughts here.. That last rampage was awesome lol! Also, Lazlo, the host of Shame or Fame, has been a radio host in other GTA games games, he's supposed to be kind of Ryan Seacrest I also was really getting feels as Trevor comes from "I'm gunna go fucking rip this guy's head off!" to "how'd you do it without me for nine years, huh?" The story in this game has some solid charms for sure :) lol "OMG shoppppinnnggg" Careful chasing the cats lol I once accidentally trampled one right at the beginning of the game :O keep trying to visit that therapist when it shows up, it's kind of hard to stay on top of it but it's worth it IMO Also, you CAN drive around on the golf course without police if you start a golf game, sprint over to the parking lot, get a sports car, and quickly drive it back over to the course. the cops won't show up ;) it's a bug - at least, it was a launch. Haven't tried it in a while "that's for calling me a bullshitter" lol! Great video, that was fun!

Can't wait 4 you staring to play it online. I recommend on a "friend invite only" server so you'll be alone but can do everything. Online = make much more money.... have much more vehicles... and create much more nice outfits :) In story mode u can change the outfits but they will probably change again after u switched to another character.

In the beginning of the vid when you first meet Michael as Trevor, the dialogue lines are much funnier if you stay as Trevor and go to Michael's house manually. There's a lot of missions where you get totally different dialogue depending on who you start the mission with. You should look up the lines on youtube. The stuff about kale is pretty funny! Love this playthrough by the way!
