Seeing as they found taking care of their kids a hassle, they opted to throw them out of their moving car while on the highway. Dummy ended up being there at the right time, bringing them to the hospital, where they discovered Guest had major injury to his larynx and vocal chords, which is why he is mute. Dummy extends a hand to the two kids at the end, taking them in as his own!
