Hi I have a question regarding the A1 test. So my wife applied for a spouse visa and due to my work contract we had to wait 6 months cause of my new work.but now the German language A1 certificate has expired and today my wife received an email that she has to do a plausibility test in embassy written and oral or submit a new A1 certificate. Can you please tell me what this is?

Hey, This feels weird to me that the language certificate expires; I have never heard of anything like that. Sorry, I guess you need to talk to the embassy for this.

Yes, I guess it will, as there will be a name mismatch. Before applying, you may ask the embassy and check it and see if anything is required to be done.

Hi can you please explain the invitation letter. As in some videos it says that i have to write it and self attest or i need to get it from Ausländer Behörde in germany? Also the birth certificate is only required for the spouse who is applying in India and not for the person who has the blue card already? Thanks for your time and really appreciate your efforts 😊

What I recommend is that if you want to process it ASAP, then just apply it and change it if they ask you to; otherwise, if you are easy, then you can do it before; they usually give a month around to submit any document if something needs to be done on it.

The visa office needs to check sufficient space for you and your spouse, and they will ask for documentation related to that. So. I don't think you can have sufficient space in a shared apartment.

Yes she can. It is independent from this if you are on a Blue Card, so FRV application will be based on that or whatever you hold at the time of application

Hi, Unfortunately, detailed tracking is not possible, if you have opted for message service, you must be receiving the update, otherwise, NO. In our case, it took 40-45 days for the email in which we asked to submit the passport

In our case, marriage verification didn't take place, so after document submission, according to my information on verification, they take around 80-90 days in the whole process of hiring agent who will verify, processes and update
