Totally get you Julie I'm 50 yrs old and started menopause 3 years ago. I've noticed that my legs are so painfull and I've slowed down in my walking couse I just can't do what I can years ago...I'm not on HRT and not seeked help from my GP but I think hearing you say this I might have to do something about it. Oh and the weight gain and hot flushes are really getting to me. I feel your pain 😢 not fun I can tell you. On a happier note love seeing you all together ❤️ been loving your video's since day 1. Also great to see you on tiktok too. Sending lots of love xxx

There’s a Slim Chicken in the Xscape at Milton Keynes! As others have said that’s not Spag Bol as there’s no spaghetti. I use the Zaflora spray on my surfaces all the time - is there a shop or something in Manchester?? I’d love to check it out.

I have the Asevi Cian floor cleaner, it’s definitely giving *walking into a hotel abroad* or when you get back to your room which has been cleaned, this is exactly what the smell is 😍 reminds me of all my childhood holidays in Spain 🇪🇸

Hi Julie felt I had to comment after hearing you speak about the menopause symptoms. I felt exactly the same and had other symptoms too lack of energy and just not feeling myself! Was reluctant to go down the HRT route but as soon as I put that first patch on wow symptoms gone!! X ❤

Get your vitamin D levels checked as that causes bone pain too. Also, I wouldn’t recommend the way you sit on the floor doing your shopping hauls as that isn’t good for your legs!
