Our neighbors have 10 kids. Their 3 children have 2 kids each and they still live together. In one house! A tiny house. Imagine that. 🤦‍♀️

Baby is a blessing. Very few women have that many kids. There really isn’t data or women having so many csections. Where is the data?

Women with c sections shouldnt have more than 3 pregnancies cause the scar tissue wears down and might tear during the 4rth+ pregnancy etc etc. The hospitals near me also wont allow vbac if youve had a csection already. I dont know how many women have c sections but doctors are more willing to do c sections since longer labor raises risks and complications and higher chances of being sued so they just like things done swiftly and neatly as possible. So far everyone I know except for 3 people have c sections. I had an emergency c section. I only know of one lady that had a planned c section for her 1st baby. Shes Chinese so I think thats the norm for her.

There are ways to speed up labor. There are plenty of women who do have more than 3 csections. The medical community is encouraging behavior based on incomplete data. The truth is especially in a country like Korea few women have that many kids. They are busy with college, married late cause their future spouse had military as well as college and working to save hundreds of thousands of dollars. Given gestation, breast feeding which causes natural spacing for most, reduced fertility for most women in their late twenties and early thirties and gestation time and miscarriage rates it’s a tiny percentage that have more than 3 pregnancies. Even for those still fertile doctors don’t like deliveries past 35. Interesting cause most Down syndrome babies are born to women younger women, 85%. But so few older women even have babies naturally those that do have a higher risk. Everything is risky. But it’s a low risk. In the west lots of women have vaginal births after csections. They also go home in hours after vaginal delivery. Some of these notions are cultural.

Should be illegal. So much scar tissue which brings with it complications. You have increase risk of bowel/bladder issues, placental issues, and increase hemorrhage risk due to prior procedures if another c section was done. This is why they do not recommend it. The doctor saying her womb is strong should be smacked because 8 kids, you would run out of places to cut so you would be cutting over same cuts made.
