The pioneer women has few easy recipes that u can do the morning so u dont have to cook when ur home so u might want to look it up shes the best and her meals r gluten free so look her up

I've been having episodes where my heart is pounding and then i'll feel exhausted and like fall asleep RIGHT after . I got an EKG and they found I have/had ST depression so I'm seeing a cardiologist next Monday.

I was so sad in my heart that you experienced that. I hope it's better. Kayla is right maybe it's just you need more sleep and maybe also like how you said you been going out to eat frequently so I think it's a possibility it's those 2 things. I'm really sorry. your a great mom and being pregnant with 3 children that's a tuffy sometimes. But your kids are older now so they will take good care of you when you need it. So hope all is fine and nothing that serious.

I bet that was a scary experience. Glad you went to hospital to get checked out. Could it be related to thyroid? Did they check your thyroid levels in the blood work? thyroid hormone influences the force & speed of your heart and blood pressure. I know what you mean about heart palpitations because I get them from time to time & don’t like how they feel. Hope you get this figured out amongst your other issues.

My heart does the same thing. It beats extra in between beats and its annoying! Luckily it is benign! everyone has it, some people feel when it happens others do not!

Yikes tracy I am glad that you went in to get checked out. I understand how scary hospitals can be and depending on what doctor is available can be a determining factor as to your experience. I have had some good ER experiences and some ok experiences but I think it is very important to be safe than sorry especially when it comes to the heart. Praying for you and your sweet family!!
