I noticed when you were doing skincare , that you were rubbing in a circular motion on your neck and cheeks. You should rub in an upwards motion starting at the bottom of your neck and rub upwards. You should also rub outwards from your nose when doing your cheeks. You will see much better results if you try this method.

Manfrotto monopod model #’s 3016, 3018, 3249, 679, 680 & 681 with stick legs model #678. Legs extend about 12” in each direction. Great combos but maybe too heavy even though aluminum the MII I think is carbon fiber. The first models & legs are pricey but durable so maybe eBay could be an option.

I just saw a review for an iphone case that has a ring on the back that makes it stand up horizontally, vertically, and is magnetic to put on your fridge or wherever. If you're interested please let me know and I'll find out what it's called. ☺

Walmart have it for the phone stand it’s tall for the phone stands and you can put camera to but you have to order it online Walmart or Best Buy online that’s how I got my phone stand at Walmart and Best Buy as well

take your camera to Best buy and ask them about a tripod, that's what I would do. Explain to them what you do and what size your looking for
