Bibi has experience now, and Ms. Lan is experienced too. This makes it possible for Mr. Quan to be away. It is a good idea to have a separation, since they are so experienced now. When Mr. Quan returns, he will have had a good break from parenting Bibi. I always appreciated a nice break from my kids when they went away to summer camp.
