Just because these bigger diapers can hold more and look like they could swallow Lala whole, doesn’t mean it can be left on her to repeatedly urinate in. Her waste will become more acidic the more she is fed animal matter. Fruits, vegetables, roots, and seeds would be sufficient for her, as her species eats very little meat. And if it’s a matter of human convenience, then let Lala go without a diaper outside in the fresh air. It would do her some good and would also be more physically and mentally stimulating. She’d also sleep better if she wore herself out by playing and climbing. Do better! BiBi and Lala DESERVE the best care! ❤🐵🐵❤️

And for almost three years now, my research has been on the changes and adaptations to these areas within macaques kept as domestic pets. Or, habituated pets, rather, because these animals are not domesticated. Trained and adapted very, very well (because like us, they are survivalists), but still wild, nonetheless. I started out loving this channel, actually. And I still adore BiBi. He’s truly intriguing more than any other of the monkey pets I’ve watched. But My, even having lived as a NHP research scientist for 24 years, I can’t believe even I was so naïve and pliable.

BiBi would probably take a year or more of rehabilitation to be comfortable in a sanctuary, more if he was introduced back into the wild. Though they can be habituated, they will never be domesticated (not for many generations of training and genetic engineering, anyway); their instincts are still very much intact and they can still thrive as wild animals.

You can see device under her shirt. she jerks and keeps grabbing at shirt. Why would they do this? Because that day's script called for bibi being the hero . Counts the edits. it is spliced. Bibi hated to obey those commands. Look at him. he knows what monkey trainer is telling him to do but doesn't like it. I also reported when they had lala swim around the pool many times and almost drown. So many negative comments quan redid the whole video changing it. Now lala is scared of the pool. Also reported when lala got her ear burned under their watch and then they staged her being found in neighbor's yard in the pouring rain and at night. I stopped watching several times but I check in once in awhile to see lala . grow up and see how she is being treated. My kids watch monkey channels and love lala.

Change the diaper frequently and you won't subject LaLa or BiBi to diaper rash. That is the duty of a good caregiver. That overly full diaper the other day was inexcusable. And not rinsing all the soap off after bathing her is not going to help matters. Any residue clinging to fur enclosed in an airless diaper containing moisture and bacteria is going to mitigate effects of the medicine. The shower is easily within reach for a thorough rinse. Common sense needed.

Please buy smaller fitting diapers for LaLa. You can then monitor her better when her diaper needs changing. LaLa can feel when needs changing a little better also. She is still growing and her diet needs are different from BiBi's. Drinking the milk from a straw can sometimes cause unnecessary gas build up in her digestion track. Please beware. The gas can make her feel uncomfortable and also irritate her system.
