I think he was a good Samaritan who wanted to watch the daughters while their mom wasn't awake. But it is always important to respect sleeping neighbors who had a long shift to take on and always lower the voices when people trying to sleep,

I don't condone what the neighbor did as it is very irresponsible of him to take the girls in despite the mother not wanting them in other people's houses/apartments without the consent of them first. So he should've known better. But at the same time, this video felt a bit misleading/misrepresented. It would constitute as misleading clickbait. I felt like the title should have been retyped to something that fits the atmosphere of the video itself. This didn't aged well.
