This list really comes down to who are the rappers still in the public eye...LL cool J still makes commercials and whatnot, snoop is still out there doing whatever, Dre is still out there producing, Eminem is still putting out material after like 30 years, biggie and 2 pac are just house hold names of hip-hop and Jay z is one of the richest rappers turned businessmen, so this list really isn't about who are the best rappers, but more so about which rappers are still relevant till this day in a sense.
