@@VictoryaManukyan-vr8jq I know you didn’t ask me but I have some tips for you if you’d like Always keep a pad with you just in case you start when you are out that way you can easily put one on You can buy an brand of pads there are some with stickers that stick under your knickers that way don’t slip off If you bleed a lot there are some pads that are thicker that way you won’t leak through your knickers Also this may be obvious but make sure to wear pads when you go sleep as well and when you want to throw the. Pad away just wrap it in tissue then throw it in a bin Also if you have cramps you can take medicine but also there are heated pads you can buy and fill up with warm water and put it on your stomach and that can help alleviate cramps
