The trick to this one is staying light on the balls of your feet. If you notice the dancer doesn't get much air when doing any of the bigger cossack movements. Its all in how he moves his legs which give the illusion of air-time. His center of gravity stays low and he primarily only moves his legs

My 16-year-old granddaughter and her friend performed this around the campfire one night (while singing) much to our amazement. She had been taking dance classes and had secretly been practicing with her friend for months.They apparently had performed it for their friends at numerous parties with the introduction "You guys won't believe what we can do!" But they hadn't performed it in months. We all enjoyed it so much they did it twice and ended up with muscle cramps. I'm 69, so I logically anticipated needing relief from muscle pain so I came equipped with Epsom salts which they declined. Boy were they sore the next morning.What a show though!

Yeah, the words are a true story. Too bad they didn’t finish the story though because it gets more interesting. The men of higher understanding were part of Nicolas’ cabinet. They invited Rasputin to some kind of party in the Hermitage (royal palace in St. Petersburg). They laced the deserts with cyanide and gave them to Rasputin. He gobbled them up, but astonishingly did not die, even after consuming multiple cupcakes and enough cyanide to kill four people. The members of the Tsar’s cabinet then pulled a Nagant pistol and shot Rasputin. He collapsed to the ground and as they dragged him out, Rasputin got up and began running away. They shot him several more times. They tossed him into the river. His body was found later and his autopsy came back. He died of drowning.

@thewafflrman5326 Жыл бұрын
This will always be my favorite. Me and one of my best friends love doing just dances together and one of our teachers let us do them when everyone was done with their work. We always did Timber since it was fun and we loved attempting Rasputin. It was notorious at our school. The best friend I did it with could actually pop and roll back on her heels though so most of the time when we danced this, I’d be exhausted the way through watching her succeed every move while I suffered. I remember the first time we danced in class and the bell rang, and my next hour was band and the band director was so worried because I was so out of breath. His face when I told him what actually happened was priceless. And I had the song stuck in my head so that day during after school practice, I taught myself how to play it on the marimba and he came out from his little office blasting Rasputin on his phone. I really miss that teacher, he restored my faith in humanity ten times over.

That's insanee😭😭 I'm considering doing that but I go to a small school so it'd prob be more embarrassing than cool- but it's a great workout tbh🤞

POV: When you realize the lyrics are actually telling you about a very dark story about an important person who died in Russia.

I remember playing this with another kid in my sophomore year of highschool, about three years ago. I won, with five stars. By the end, I was burned out and needed five or ten minutes to catch my breath. I was wearing two shirts, a Hawaiian print, and a white t-shirt under that, I was also not as fit as other students my age were.

If this came out when I was young I'd have had it mastered. Looks like a fun dance to do. 😁

It's been twelve years since I first learnt this dance and I can't believe I can still do it. Definitely a good way to keep fit 😂

I remember my dad danced to this song, and it reappeared in Just Dance 2020 AllStars mode on newer consoles! And he even came back in Just Dance 2019 in the song "Sugar" by Maroon 5, just with a slightly fresher look
