Time part 7:18-7:47 sounds like what Bionic Commando would sound like if it was on a Super Nintendo!

gotta love FF2 commercial. its just someone in the office recording the dev's and showing concept art and people working on computers. Take notes today marketing teams, would love to see a Triple A title like Mario, Halo or God of War trailer drop like that. lol.

I think the intended message was "we're working hard, it's coming soon" which is a very Japanese marketing strategy

It’s kind of interesting to see the development hardware being used at the time. I spotted several Sony monitors and Twin Famicom systems.

Anyone know any in-depth documentaries on NES game development from back in the day? Honestly, that commercial felt less like a commercial for the game, and more a commercial for the company. "This could be you! You could work on the next Final Fantasy!"
Wow, Japan had wacky commercials in the 1980's! American commercials didn't get this wacky until the 90's.

Japanese comercials where waaaay better than american ones. These have something to do with the game itself. The american ones where art experiments, they didnt even try.

Teito Monogotari aka Doomed Megalopolis aka Tokyo: The Last Megalopolis. There's an anime based on it as well. Both the movies and anime were based on the book series. The main antagonist Kato was the visual inspiration for M. Bison/Vega in Street Fighter II.
