Usually salt is added to fries. I feel like salt would have reduced the fungus, if possible try the experiment again with salt. But a great visualisation of preservatives in 'famous' food items

Thanks Ashu sir, i am a student and my mother's health is not so good from the past few years she is now recovering with time , she manages to make us the lunch and dinner but for breakfast we used to prefer packed food like Oreo, instant nooodles etc. But now after watching your videos we must say that we avoid them now rather we use some poha or corn etc. Thanks sir for spreading this knowledge among us.
