Recipe and Its Process:
Masala Preparation:
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Black salt : 1 tsp
Water : 3 tbsp
Tomato, Onion and cucumber
Frying Chickpea:
Chickpea-add salt and boil well (soaked for whole night)
Oil : 3 tbsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Ginger chopped : 1 tbsp
Thymol seeds : 1/2 tsp
Add Masala mixture paste
Fry it for 1 minute
Flame : medium low
Add chickpea
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes
Pour chickpea soaked water
Fenugreek : 1 tsp
Turn off the flame now
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Now rest it for 2 minutes
Tomato chopped
Cucumber chopped
Onion chopped
Boiled potato
Green chili chopped
Fresh coriander chopped
Lemon juice
