Kishore Paties wala in Ulhasnagar is the heaven for those who hunt for tasty and affordable street food. This is the most famous and one of the oldest snacks corner located near Gol Maidan in Ulhasnagar 1. They are famous for their delicious Aloo Pattice, which is topped with Chole, Chutneys, Onions and serves fresh & hot. Apart from chole patties, you can also try samosa, buttor papadi and gulab jamun.

As he uses Dalda Hydrogenated vegetable oil hence his Pattice are tasty, hydrogenated vegetable oil makes food tastier but it contains saturated fat which is bad for heart.

This is the correct way to fry in oil. Not the old way of dipping entire Pattiis in deep oil. Constantly burning the oil makes it acidic. Best way is to fry in little oil & keep adding little bit time to time to fry other pattis.
