Use mild gentle face wash only like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Avoid overwashing your face. Only cleanse it in the morning and before bed. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.

You can use multani miti mix with curd and 1 table spoon of Mustard oil and add a pinch of salt. It is a really good natural cleanser for hair. If it is not suitable for you then you can make shampoo with amka ritha shikakai just soak them in water and apply directly. If you can't do this just buy natural shampoo by checking its ingredients according to your hair type.
