Famous Graves - Beer Barons of Cincinnati's Spring Grove Cemetery (Christian Moerlein and many more)

Today, we head to Spring Grove cemetery and Arboretum in Cincinnati, Ohio. This time, we'll visit the graves of some of Cincinnati's beer barons and distillers. Because of these German immigrants, Cincinnati became one of the most prominent centers of beer brewing in America.
Known as a garden cemetery, Spring Grove features monuments sculpted by important artists of their day and a mausoleum accented by tiffany glass windows set within rolling hills near downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Good video! My Yorkshire English 3Gr. Grandfather, Marmaduke Dodsworth was a Cincinnati Coal Baron turned Whiskey distiller. (Clifton Springs) Largest exporter of hard liquor in the world at one time. His gravestone in the family plot he started, is huge, but humble and plain. I'll be in there someday...unless the Lord takes us up soon.😊
